About Zebrafish Health Services

The Zebrafish Diagnostic and Health Services offers comprehensive diagnostic testing and consultation for routine health monitoring and disease investigation of laboratory zebrafish and medaka. Tests include histopathology, necropsy, bacteriology, and molecular assays (PCR and sequencing).

In collaboration with the Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab (WADDL), ZIRC offers a PCR screening panel for common zebrafish pathogens. Click for more details.
